In traditional metal processing production lines, coating auxiliary equipment has problems such as poor uniformity of spraying, low utilization rate of coatings, uneven thickness of paint films, unstable drying and curing, and non-compliance with exhaust gas treatment standards. These issues not only affect the coating quality of products but also easily lead to coating waste and environmental pollution. With the upgrading of industrial manufacturing quality and the tightening of environmental protection policies, an integrated intelligent coating auxiliary equipment system has gradually taken shape. Through the intelligent control of the entire process from spraying, leveling, drying to environmental protection treatment, the standardization, efficiency and greenness of the metal coating process have been upgraded.
A complete intelligent coating auxiliary equipment system includes intelligent spraying equipment, automatic leveling equipment, constant temperature curing and drying equipment, waste gas purification and recovery equipment and other supporting units. Each module works in coordination and linkage to build a closed-loop coating production system. The intelligent spraying unit is the core for controlling the quality of coating. The equipment is equipped with a servo precise spraying system and an intelligent flow control module, which can automatically adjust the spraying pressure, paint flow rate, spraying trajectory and spraying speed according to the size, structure and material characteristics of the workpiece, achieving uniform coverage of the paint film. For areas prone to uneven spraying such as irregular-shaped workpieces, inner walls of pipes, and corners of plates, the system can complete multi-angle precise spraying through intelligent trajectory planning, eliminating defects such as missed spraying, thin spraying, and paint accumulation. Meanwhile, the equipment adopts electrostatic spraying technology, which enhances the adsorption rate of the coating. Compared with the traditional spraying process, the utilization rate of the coating is significantly increased, effectively reducing coating waste and lowering the raw material costs of enterprises.
The leveling and curing drying unit directly determines the adhesion of the paint film and the forming effect. Traditional drying equipment has problems such as uneven temperature, rapid heating, and large temperature fluctuations, which can easily lead to quality issues such as bubbling, cracking, peeling, and uneven color differences in the paint film. The new type of intelligent drying equipment adopts multi-zone independent temperature control technology. The temperature distribution inside the furnace is uniform, and it can precisely control the temperature curves and durations of heating, leveling and curing, allowing the paint film to naturally level and fully cure, significantly improving the flatness, adhesion and corrosion resistance of the paint film. The equipment supports flexible adjustment of drying parameters according to the type of coating, workpiece thickness and coating process, and is compatible with various coating materials such as oil-based paint, water-based paint and powder coating, with extremely strong process adaptability.
