Application process:
Surface preparation: abrasive or sand blasting to the interior surface of steel pipe to remove the rust, debris and any other foreign matters.
Preheating: the pipe will be heated to 180-250ºC
Powder spraying: Electrostatic guns or blowing tools apply dry epoxy powder onto the hot interior pipe wall.
Curing: Heat melts and cures the powder into a hard, seamless plastic film via permanent cross-linking.
